Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jeronimo Errapel started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Errapel notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Alpachiri's Victorio Maule. Victorio Maule was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 7 minutes of play, SOUTH THUNDER's Augusto Procopio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victorio Maule was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 10th minute, Jeronimo Errapel made a precise shot to the right of Victorio Maule. Alpachiri's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Augusto Procopio scored 0-4 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victorio Maule, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Victorio Maule stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bonifacio Arias's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Victorio Maule came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by SOUTH THUNDER's Augusto Procopio. But to his dismay, Augusto Procopio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After some careless play in the Alpachiri defense, Jeronimo Errapel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victorio Maule. The Alpachiri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victorio Maule should have stopped the shot. Augusto Procopio took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorio Maule. Victorio Maule dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Victorio Maule came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by SOUTH THUNDER's Jeronimo Errapel. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Errapel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Augusto Procopio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Victorio Maule tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iker Azubeli came free with the goalkeeper in the 38th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mauro Cordearo could save by the left post. After 39 played minutes SOUTH THUNDER got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Procopio. After 42 minutes, Jeronimo Errapel made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. Alpachiri's Victorio Maule tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mauro Cordearo made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Iker Azubeli sent off a good shot on target. Jeronimo Errapel scored 0-10 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victorio Maule, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half SOUTH THUNDER were leading 0-10. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaspar Velasco made a kick off. Alpachiri's Victorio Maule played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Procopio in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute, SOUTH THUNDER's Jeronimo Errapel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. Jeronimo Errapel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Victorio Maule tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 65th play minutes Jeronimo Errapel shot 0-12, a short shot which went by Victorio Maule and just under the crossbar into goal. SOUTH THUNDER's Jeronimo Errapel got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 69 minutes into the game, Alfredo Flor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alpachiri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SOUTH THUNDER the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeronimo Errapel in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victorio Maule prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeronimo Errapel took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorio Maule. Victorio Maule dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-13. SOUTH THUNDER made a substitution. Van Field replaced Bonifacio Arias. After a defensive mix-up in Alpachiri's zone, Valentin Sindo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorio Maule came out of the goal and Valentin Sindo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victorio Maule made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Jeronimo Errapel sent off a good shot on target. Victorio Maule showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Errapel, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. When Van Field came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the SOUTH THUNDER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Van Field couldn't finish the play. Jeronimo Errapel took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorio Maule. Victorio Maule dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-14. Jeronimo Errapel in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Victorio Maule, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 91 minutes into the game, Augusto Procopio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-15. Victorio Maule was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SOUTH THUNDER's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
