Victorio Maule showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Rosario, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The supporters of Alpachiri booed when La Matanza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Rosario didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Mauricio Rosario fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. Victorio Maule showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Üzeyir Akboy in the 23rd minute of the match. Üzeyir Akboy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Victorio Maule tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iker Azubeli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Eleuterio Cambranes made a huge save. A collision led to Alpachiri getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Evelio Oidor hit a great ball. Eleuterio Cambranes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Casimiro Estebe was the one to do the kick off. Alpachiri's Victorio Maule proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Alpachiri from getting a goal against them. Dalmacio Quintan made in the 96th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Mahir Olgunay however managed to control.
