Los Chirimbolos's Pinilih Sutimbul proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Los Chirimbolos from getting a goal against them. Üzeyir Akboy charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Üzeyir Akboy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, La Matanza FC's Üzeyir Akboy got a free kick in the 5th minute. Eleuterio Cambranes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francois Hack in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francois Hack in the 13th minute of play forced La Matanza FC's goalkeeper Eleuterio Cambranes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, La Matanza FC's Dalmacio Quintan got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 16 minutes of play, Los Chirimbolos's Cristoforo Lenzi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eleuterio Cambranes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eleuterio Cambranes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Lazcano, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the match, La Matanza FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelino Damario came free, but Eleuterio Cambranes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. La Matanza FC's Eleuterio Cambranes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francois Hack in the 30th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Francois Hack hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The La Matanza FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Los Chirimbolos were winning 0-4.

La Matanza FC made a substitution. Casimiro Estebe replaced Üzeyir Akboy. The wind increased when Casimiro Estebe made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Los Chirimbolos getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Jairo Miro hit a great ball. Eleuterio Cambranes came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Chirimbolos's Francois Hack. But to his dismay, Francois Hack quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. In the 62nd minute Francois Hack shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Cambranes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Mauricio Rosario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Chirimbolos's Marcelino Damario slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eleuterio Cambranes. That made the score 0-6 after 68 minutes of play. Marcelino Damario scored 0-7 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eleuterio Cambranes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eleuterio Cambranes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francois Hack in the 74th minute. 82 minutes into the game, Mauricio Rosario was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Matanza FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Chirimbolos the free kick. The supporters of Los Chirimbolos booed when La Matanza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Rosario didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 89 minutes, Rodrigo Ascencio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Matanza FC and the Los Chirimbolos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th match minute, La Matanza FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Ascencio to maneuver through the defense. Casimiro Estebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Los Chirimbolos's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
