The audience was convinced that Gervasio Orlandus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victorio Maule was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. After 12 minutes, Saverio Maore mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alpachiri and the Ekans players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Alpachiri's Saverio Maore got a free kick in the 12th minute. Victorio Maule showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ke Ying Cheng in the 13th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Alpachiri's zone, Arnaldo Basualdo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorio Maule came out of the goal and Arnaldo Basualdo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th match minute, Alpachiri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Velasco to maneuver through the defense. After 24 minutes of play, Ekans's Sol Younger made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victorio Maule was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Sol Younger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ekans's supporters rose to their feet, but Sol Younger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victorio Maule breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Basualdo in the 32nd minute of play forced Alpachiri's goalkeeper Victorio Maule to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Alpachiri's goal looked a bit too open when Ke Ying Cheng came free, but Victorio Maule reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 minutes of play, Ekans's Armando Taurino made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victorio Maule was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Sol Younger came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Ekans fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sol Younger couldn't finish the play. After the first half Ekans were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gervasio Orlandus made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Gervasio Orlandus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Maule saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gaspar Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Victorio Maule made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Taurino in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervasio Orlandus in the 68th minute of play forced Alpachiri's goalkeeper Victorio Maule to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes in the game, Gervasio Orlandus fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Victorio Maule having to interfere. With a little luck, Alpachiri's Victorio Maule got control of the ball when Arnaldo Basualdo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Victorio Maule didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ekans's Arnaldo Basualdo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-6 in the ordered_time% minute. Alfredo Flor kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Armando Taurino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Maule having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Alpachiri's zone, Gervasio Orlandus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorio Maule came out of the goal and Gervasio Orlandus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Gervasio Orlandus put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Victorio Maule. Alfredo Flor was shown his second yellow card after 86 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Victorio Maule didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 90th minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. 94 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Basualdo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victorio Maule. Alpachiri's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnaldo Basualdo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. Ekans played a much better game than Alpachiri and deserved their victory. The Alpachiri players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
