The supporters of Club Atletico Barackus booed when Angélica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Laurendi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Barackus's Abelardo Urdin got a free kick in the 20th minute. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severino Beliran helped the player get up and apologised. Severino Beliran hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Guillermo Santos scored 0-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alejandro Larpe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alejandro Larpe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Santos in the 36th minute of play. Ceferino Sal was a little too slow when Simon Savier got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 1-2. If Isidoro Cambranes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The referee felt a red card was in order, 68 minutes into the game, when Ciriaco Lando put in a rough tackle. Simon Savier struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Ceferino Sal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Barackus. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Savier in the 72nd minute of play forced Angélica's goalkeeper Ceferino Sal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ceferino Sal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Cambranes in the 75th minute of the match. Severino Beliran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Alejandro Larpe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Severino Beliran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Mederis short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Alejandro Larpe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 83rd minute Isidoro Cambranes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Sal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isidoro Cambranes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ceferino Sal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Joaquin Mederi came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Angélica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Mederi couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Angélica had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
