The DIO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vladimiro Guillen should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Evangelista in the 11th minute of play forced DIO's goalkeeper Vladimiro Guillen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in DIO's zone, Erubiel Evangelista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimiro Guillen came out of the goal and Erubiel Evangelista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vladimiro Guillen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Macerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, DIO's Victorio Arias got a free kick in the 18th minute. After having played for 19 minutes, Erubiel Evangelista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOS PIRATAS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erubiel Evangelista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd minute Maximo Ebardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Guillen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, DIO's goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Macerio came free, but Vladimiro Guillen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LOS PIRATAS's Maximo Ebardo got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. But to his dismay, Maximo Ebardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 35 minutes of play, LOS PIRATAS's Erubiel Evangelista made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vladimiro Guillen was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th minute, Maximo Ebardo made a precise shot to the right of Vladimiro Guillen. DIO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. After 41 minutes of play, LOS PIRATAS's Maximo Ebardo made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vladimiro Guillen was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, LOS PIRATAS's Gaspar Inautzi got a free kick in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eulalio Havier to strike the kick off in the second half. The LOS PIRATAS fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when LOS PIRATAS's Maximo Ebardo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With his leg Vladimiro Guillen managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when LOS PIRATAS's Maximo Ebardo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 64 minutes into the match, DIO's goalkeeper Vladimiro Guillen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anibal Macerio. Maximo Ebardo in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vladimiro Guillen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. LOS PIRATAS's Maximo Ebardo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 67th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Erubiel Evangelista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when LOS PIRATAS's Romeo Tomi fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Vladimiro Guillen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vladimiro Guillen made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Maximo Ebardo sent off a good shot on target. Vladimiro Guillen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximo Ebardo went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-13 was the resulting score.
