But to his dismay, Maximo Ebardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Erubiel Evangelista succeeded in the game's 20th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Maximo Ebardo took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joel Botello. Joel Botello dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Joel Botello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Tomi in the 27th minute of play. Joel Botello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Tomi in the 30th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Argentina's Danilo Romero got a free kick in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Argentina's goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Macerio came free, but Joel Botello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Anibal Macerio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 48th minute, Maximo Ebardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half LOS PIRATAS were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maximo Ebardo to strike the kick off in the second half. If Santo Valente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matias Jakobe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 65 minutes into the game, LOS PIRATAS's Maximo Ebardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joel Botello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Maximo Ebardo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Joel Botello firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to LOS PIRATAS getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Romeo Tomi hit a great ball. Argentina's Santo Valente got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Ernesto Arnas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, LOS PIRATAS's Joel Botello threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Erubiel Evangelista, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 82 minutes into the match, Argentina's goalkeeper Joel Botello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romeo Tomi. Joel Botello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Tomi in the 84th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Erubiel Evangelista kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joel Botello. That made the score 0-9 in the 86 minute of play. In the 92nd minute, LOS PIRATAS's Romeo Tomi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. Joel Botello was out of position in the 97 minute of play, and Maximo Ebardo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Maximo Ebardo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. LOS PIRATAS played a much better game than Argentina and deserved their victory. The Argentina players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
