Killer Queen's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Samuel Chesus scored to the left of an out of position Serafin Abalos, making the score, 1-0. Venancio Txindoki kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Ismael Quin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serafin Abalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Guipuzkoa in the 26th minute of play. If Venancio Txindoki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 31 played minutes Killer Queen got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Tino. After recieving a nice pass, Sniffing Glue's Ramone Dellasierra tried to score from far away in the 32nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Guipuzkoa in the 34th minute of play forced Killer Queen's goalkeeper Serafin Abalos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cosme Guzman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Serafin Abalos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 44 minutes into the match, Killer Queen's goalkeeper Serafin Abalos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melquiades Guipuzkoa. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Melquiades Guipuzkoa made the kick off in the second half. In the 70thth minute of the game Melquiades Guipuzkoa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Killer Queen's Serafin Abalos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Killer Queen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeo Reyes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sniffing Glue's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
