Del Piero 10's Alberto Jeraldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Su in the 9th minute of play. Serafin Mirande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Del Piero 10's Mauricio Lixandro got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mauricio Lixandro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Timoteo Endira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Raimundo Su sped through Del Piero 10's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alberto Jeraldo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raimundo Su in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alberto Jeraldo saved Del Piero 10 from getting behind. In the 33rd minute Lino Tallia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Jeraldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Soutomayor getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Pastor Vitin hit a great ball. A collision led to Del Piero 10 getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Higinio Tauro hit a great ball. In the 41st minute, Raimundo Su made a precise shot to the right of Alberto Jeraldo. Del Piero 10's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2.

Serafin Mirande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Soutomayor's Alberto Jeraldo threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Raimundo Su, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Soutomayor's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Lixandro came free, but Timoteo Endira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raimundo Su fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Jeraldo having to interfere. 88 minutes into the game, Del Piero 10's Serafin Mirande nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Timoteo Endira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Efrain Kaiet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Jeraldo having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
