In the 5th minute, Angelo Gabrio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Timoteo Ortle was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 8 played minutes Rubicon AFC got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Mikelar. With a little luck, Rubicon AFC's Asmun Doukali got control of the ball when Gavino Pirmin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Angelo Gabrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Ortle having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Angelo Gabrio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rubicon AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Gabrio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Timoteo Ortle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 18th minute, Nunez Larra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Timoteo Ortle was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Horacio Hats hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, GOLDEN DOGS F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Bektaş Ruşeni came free, but Timoteo Ortle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to GOLDEN DOGS F.C. getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Arnoldo Jerold hit a great ball. After 33 played minutes GOLDEN DOGS F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Azibar. Timoteo Ortle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Gabrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, GOLDEN DOGS F.C.'s Flavio Distiratsu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Flavio Distiratsu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of GOLDEN DOGS F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Flavio Distiratsu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 37 played minutes GOLDEN DOGS F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Distiratsu. Nunez Larra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Ortle having to interfere. Lino Locaio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Asmun Doukali came out and tried to block the shot, but Lino Locaio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 42nd minute. Asmun Doukali made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Gavino Pirmin sent off a good shot on target. After the first half Rubicon AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelo Gabrio made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Rubicon AFC's zone, Gavino Pirmin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asmun Doukali came out of the goal and Gavino Pirmin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, GOLDEN DOGS F.C.'s Lino Locaio got a free kick in the 54th minute. Rubicon AFC's Angelo Gabrio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 56th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Timoteo Ortle but with some difficulty. In the 56th minute, Lino Locaio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gavino Pirmin came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the GOLDEN DOGS F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavino Pirmin couldn't finish the play. Timoteo Ortle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelo Gabrio's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. After 69 played minutes Rubicon AFC got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Mikelar. Gavino Pirmin might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Asmun Doukali. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gavino Pirmin ran back to his position shaking his head. Nunez Larra got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-3 in the right cross in the 72nd match minute before Timoteo Ortle had time to react. GOLDEN DOGS F.C.'s Timoteo Ortle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save GOLDEN DOGS F.C. from getting a goal against them. After having played for 85 minutes, Angelo Gabrio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rubicon AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Gabrio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th minute, Rubicon AFC's Nunez Larra ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Timoteo Ortle. Timoteo Ortle yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. In the 91st minute Horacio Hats shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asmun Doukali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rubicon AFC's Asmun Doukali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Pirmin in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Rubicon AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than GOLDEN DOGS F.C..
