Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Sidro in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felix Uncheşu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s Anastasio Cordero got control of the ball when Emmanuel De Boel tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Tupungata booed when HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brian Sarmiento didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Anastasio Cordero managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Tupungata's Emmanuel De Boel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Felix Uncheşu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beto Alonso in the 24th minute of play. Christian Del Greco hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s Anastasio Cordero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aníbal Xavier in the 33rd minute of play. When Mariano Sidro came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Sidro couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute Aníbal Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasio Cordero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Aaron Salomone struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Felix Uncheşu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.. In the 54th minute Emmanuel De Boel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasio Cordero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Baldomero Heriberto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After having played for 75 minutes, Mariano Sidro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Sidro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marciano Suero ran over to the corner to take the kick. HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s Anastasio Cordero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aníbal Xavier in the 88th minute of play. A hard shot 91 in the game by Javier Ruben from a close distance when the talented Felix Uncheşu managed to make a qualified save. Tupungata's players were relieved. Javier Ruben could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Felix Uncheşu made a huge save. 94 minutes into the game, Javier Ruben lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Felix Uncheşu. When the match was over HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tupungata throughout the match.
