In the 22nd minute Rubicon AFC were awarded a corner. Angelo Gabrio went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 27th minute Angelo Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Natal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Nunez Larra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Jose Natal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Angelo Gabrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Asmun Doukali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Lorencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mauricio Musko fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pumas de B.Juarez's protests and gave Mauricio Musko a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Pumas de B.Juarez's Mauricio Musko got a free kick in the 40th minute. Jose Natal didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 42nd minute, which inside left pole to 6-0. 47 minutes into the game, Leonardo Mikelar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rubicon AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pumas de B.Juarez the free kick. Leonardo Mikelar kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredo Lorencio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Nunez Larra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jose Natal. Pumas de B.Juarez's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nunez Larra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. Angelo Gabrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Natal having to interfere. Rubicon AFC's Nunez Larra got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jose Natal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nunez Larra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 played minutes Pumas de B.Juarez got a freekick which was hit by Dante Aresti. In the 69th minute there was a penalty for Rubicon AFC. Angelo Gabrio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jose Natal. 8-1. Nunez Larra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute, Angelo Gabrio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jose Natal was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-1. In the 76th minute, Alejo Caitano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Pumas de B.Juarez's zone, Nunez Larra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Natal came out of the goal and Nunez Larra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Larra in the 83rd minute of play forced Pumas de B.Juarez's goalkeeper Jose Natal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Aresti charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dante Aresti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Rubicon AFC booed when Pumas de B.Juarez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Aresti didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Angelo Gabrio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jose Natal. Pumas de B.Juarez's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angelo Gabrio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-1. The audience was convinced that Nunez Larra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jose Natal was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. When Rubicon AFC's Nunez Larra, in the 98th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Rubicon AFC. There was no doubt that Rubicon AFC were the better team. Rubicon AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
