Oscar Tiadoro hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. When Mariano Sidro in the 5th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Jose Natal kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. The crowd rose to their feet as HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s Mariano Sidro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jose Natal. That made the score 2-0 after 12 minutes of play. If Beto Alonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 19 minutes into the game, HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s Zeledon Evangelista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jose Natal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Anastasio Cordero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Teofilio in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Lorencio in the 26th minute of play forced HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s goalkeeper Anastasio Cordero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th match minute, Pumas de B.Juarez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Teofilio to maneuver through the defense. After 43 minutes, Brian Sarmiento mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C. and the Pumas de B.Juarez players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pumas de B.Juarez's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Beto Alonso scored to the left of an out of position Jose Natal, making the score, 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Sidro was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Pumas de B.Juarez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Caitano to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Beto Alonso sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pumas de B.Juarez's Jose Natal didn't even have to move. Mariano Sidro struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Jose Natal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.. HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C. made a substitution. Javier Ruben replaced Mariano Sidro. In the 68th minute, Javier Ruben got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anastasio Cordero was a little too slow when Alfredo Lorencio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 7-1. Aaron Salomone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Javier Ruben in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jose Natal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Javier Ruben had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s Blas Regis was substituted for Aaron Salomone. In the 80th minute of the match Baldomero Heriberto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jose Natal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Anastasio Cordero made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Alfredo Lorencio sent off a good shot on target. After 91 minutes, David Gagriel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pumas de B.Juarez and the HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st minute, one of Pumas de B.Juarez:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pumas de B.Juarez. The referee gave HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C. a penalty, 92 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Beto Alonso, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pumas de B.Juarez's Jose Natal. 10-1. HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
