In the 23rd minute Defensores del Albinegro were awarded a corner. Ildefonso Balesio went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Ildefonso Balesio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aquiles Cordairo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 28th minute of the match, Generoso Isadore got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cornelio Merexildo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Aquiles Cordairo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Li Sha Yuan, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Silverio Harkaitz's late challenge caught a Defensores del Albinegro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silverio Harkaitz helped the player get up and apologised. Silverio Harkaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Li Sha Yuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Defensores del Albinegro's goal looked a bit too open when Silverio Harkaitz came free, but Cornelio Merexildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aquiles Cordairo was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Saturnino Diagur capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Saturnino Diagur really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. Defensores del Albinegro's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 76th minute, Chatanooga F.C.'s Ignacio Madeo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ignacio Madeo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Chatanooga F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ignacio Madeo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chatanooga F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 75th minute. Penalty! Aquiles Cordairo had in the 78thth minute some difficulties stopping Ildefonso Balesio's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Aquiles Cordairo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Li Sha Yuan in the 81st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luciano Jerano got free with Aquiles Cordairo in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aquiles Cordairo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Diagur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luciano Jerano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Aquiles Cordairo made a huge save. Silverio Harkaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 87 minutes into the match, Li Sha Yuan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aquiles Cordairo. Chatanooga F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Li Sha Yuan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Aquiles Cordairo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Jerano in the 91st minute of play. Aquiles Cordairo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luciano Jerano's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. 99 minutes into the match, Chatanooga F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Jerano came free, but Aquiles Cordairo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Chatanooga F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Defensores del Albinegro were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
