Tymoteusz Brytka hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Pascual Chago made a precise shot to the right of Karl-Michael Öman. Boca Juniors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Sabaleros F.C.'s zone, Manuel Senio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomero Gorka came out of the goal and Manuel Senio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Remigio Cordarell fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boca Juniors's protests and gave Remigio Cordarell a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Chago in the 22nd minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Karl-Michael Öman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Pascual Chago notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Boca Juniors's Karl-Michael Öman. Karl-Michael Öman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 27 minutes into the game, Boca Juniors's Manuel Senio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baldomero Gorka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The supporters of Sabaleros F.C. booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Cordarell didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Everardo Cordarryl hit a great ball. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Karl-Michael Öman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Boca Juniors's Karl-Michael Öman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Chago in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Chago in the 44th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Karl-Michael Öman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Michael Öman came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Sabaleros F.C.'s Pascual Chago. But to his dismay, Pascual Chago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3.

The wind increased when Emilio Roldan made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Boca Juniors defense, Pascual Chago kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl-Michael Öman. The Boca Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl-Michael Öman should have stopped the shot. After 61 played minutes Boca Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Tymoteusz Brytka. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teo Mikelar got free with Karl-Michael Öman in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Manuel Senio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baldomero Gorka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Roldan, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When Sabaleros F.C.'s Pascual Chago in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Baldomero Gorka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 李俊桦 in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Bonifacio Oalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remigio Cordarell kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Pascual Chago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Sabaleros F.C.'s Teo Mikelar got a free kick in the 96th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sabaleros F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
