After a rather tough play, Sportivo La Cesira's Teodosio Egun got a free kick in the 15th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mauro Patrido during the 17th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miguel Van Beringen made a kick off. Tercero Tolentin took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuel Fix. Samuel Fix dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. In the 63rd minute, Juan Haritz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Samuel Fix. The goal made the score 0-10. Tercero Tolentin hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After 72 minutes, Godofredo Erasto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sportivo La Cesira and the Los Camboyanos players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Los Camboyanos booed when Sportivo La Cesira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godofredo Erasto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Los Camboyanos's Eder Molina got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 83 minutes into the game, Juan Haritz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-13. Samuel Fix was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 87th match minute, Los Camboyanos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eder Molina to maneuver through the defense. Samuel Fix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Haritz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los Camboyanos's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
