After 23 minutes Sportivo La Cesira's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edmondo Odisio who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Sportivo La Cesira's goalie and right to Baldomero Pacifico. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Sportivo La Cesira's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Richmond Kustermans received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Samuel Fix came out and tried to block the shot, but Richmond Kustermans slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 25th minute. After some careless play in the Sportivo La Cesira defense, Eusebio Ferran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Samuel Fix. The Sportivo La Cesira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Samuel Fix should have stopped the shot. Richmond Kustermans charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Richmond Kustermans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Richmond Kustermans hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Baldomero Pacifico hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Silvio Jax made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Van Beringen in the 39th minute of play. Miguel Van Beringen struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Silvio Jax didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sportivo La Cesira. In the 42nd minute Miguel Van Beringen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Jax saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Richmond Kustermans recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Samuel Fix. Richmond Kustermans showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eusebio Ferran was the one to do the kick off. Eusebio Ferran's late challenge caught a Sportivo La Cesira's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eusebio Ferran helped the player get up and apologised. Eusebio Ferran kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Motor Alma y Sangre's Richmond Kustermans quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Guido Šuler, made in the 55th minute of the game. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sportivo La Cesira's goalkeeper Samuel Fix, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Motor Alma y Sangre booed when Sportivo La Cesira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Chabier didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Edmondo Odisio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Motor Alma y Sangre's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmondo Odisio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel Fix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Ildefonso Quinton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Motor Alma y Sangre's supporters rose to their feet, but Ildefonso Quinton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel Fix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 87 played minutes Motor Alma y Sangre got a freekick which was hit by Richmond Kustermans. Richmond Kustermans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Motor Alma y Sangre's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
