In the 4th minute, Ciro Beremundo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Armando Quintan, passed just outside the right post. In the 12th minute Saul Naike shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nivaldo Horta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Nestor Chano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernabe Salomon in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nivaldo Horta saved Patagonia FC from getting behind. Nivaldo Horta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Naike in the 16th minute of play. Nivaldo Horta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severiano Suero, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Severiano Suero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nivaldo Horta having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mariano Cai during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Ciro Beremundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when 蔡霖鹏 got free with Armando Quintan in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Γ Ξ D getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Hernan Emesto hit a great ball. After 43 minutes of play, Patagonia FC's 蔡霖鹏 made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armando Quintan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Patagonia FC's Rogelio Matxin got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

If Saul Naike had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alfredo Barrionuevo hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Nivaldo Horta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernabe Salomon in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severiano Suero in the 61st minute of play forced Patagonia FC's goalkeeper Nivaldo Horta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredo Barrionuevo's late challenge caught a Γ Ξ D's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredo Barrionuevo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th match minute, Patagonia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Barrionuevo to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th match minute, Patagonia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Gartzea to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Patagonia FC booed when Γ Ξ D was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Suero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patagonia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Γ Ξ D the free kick. After a rather tough play, Patagonia FC's Romeo Berriotxoa got a free kick in the 76th minute. Nivaldo Horta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Naike, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute Saul Naike shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nivaldo Horta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Ciro Beremundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, Γ Ξ D's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Matxin came free, but Armando Quintan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patagonia FC's Nivaldo Horta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Naike in the 91st minute of play. After 94 minutes, Rogelio Matxin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Patagonia FC and the Γ Ξ D players grew even worse after the yellow card. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
