In the 3rd minute Ladislao Montrel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, PLOMEROS DEL CONSORCIO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Hever came free, but Eustaquio Cayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eustaquio Cayo came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Stegos's Natalio Hever. But to his dismay, Natalio Hever quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Horacio Policarpio scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eustaquio Cayo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, PLOMEROS DEL CONSORCIO FC's Nestor Orlondo got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Stegos's Horacio Policarpio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eustaquio Cayo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 26th minute Natalio Hever shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Cayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Stegos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Salvino to maneuver through the defense. Nestor Orlondo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Velasco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After 37 minutes of play Stegos's Ernesto Salvino was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 37 played minutes Stegos got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Salvino. Erasmo Vigil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nestor Orlondo made in the 46th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ladislao Montrel however managed to control. After the first half Stegos were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erasmo Vigil stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fabricio Bertran's late challenge caught a Stegos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabricio Bertran helped the player get up and apologised. Moises Tallia hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 52nd minute Erasmo Vigil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Cayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Stegos's zone, Ladislao Montrel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Velasco came out of the goal and Ladislao Montrel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute, Horacio Policarpio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eustaquio Cayo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Ladislao Montrel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Velasco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Horacio Policarpio scored 0-4 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eustaquio Cayo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eustaquio Cayo was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Horacio Policarpio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Horacio Policarpio really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. With an all-out effort, Stegos's Eustaquio Cayo threw himself towards the right post 75 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Erasmo Vigil, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Eustaquio Cayo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Prospero Malvin went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Moises Tallia hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the game, Moises Tallia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PLOMEROS DEL CONSORCIO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stegos the free kick. 89 minutes into the match, Stegos's Andres Ekain sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eustaquio Cayo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 92nd match minute, PLOMEROS DEL CONSORCIO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Bertran to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the match, Stegos's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Benino came free, but Benito Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
