When Epifanio Perico fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Guardia Imperial's protests and gave Epifanio Perico a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Natalio Hever in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Justo Dominguez saved La Guardia Imperial from getting behind. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Kenneth Gunnarsen sped through Stegos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Velasco. La Guardia Imperial's Justo Dominguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Hever in the 70th minute of play. In the 70thth minute of the game Natalio Hever who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Guardia Imperial's Justo Dominguez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Natalio Hever spun around in front of the goal 71 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of La Guardia Imperial's goal. If Ermegildo Fidensio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
