Romeo Bartoleme came out of the goal and Acácio Oliveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Denis Ado came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Quijana AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Ado couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Quijana AFC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Mauricio Astrada hit a great ball. Atilano Etxahun charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Atilano Etxahun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of El Millo booed when Quijana AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Etxahun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Acácio Oliveira kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Aigisthos Farmakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Millo's supporters rose to their feet, but Aigisthos Farmakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeo Bartoleme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcelo Evangelista was the one to do the kick off. Quijana AFC's Romeo Bartoleme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Evangelista in the 52nd minute of play. With a little luck, Quijana AFC's Romeo Bartoleme got control of the ball when Marcelo Evangelista tried to sneak it across the goal line. Acácio Oliveira struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. The referee ignored Quijana AFC's protests and gave Celso Gora a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Quijana AFC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Celso Gora hit a great ball. Marcelo Evangelista who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Romeo Bartoleme when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Quijana AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Marcelo Evangelista scored to the left of an out of position Romeo Bartoleme, making the score, 0-3. After having played for 77 minutes, Marcelo Evangelista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Millo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelo Evangelista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 79 played minutes Marcelo Evangelista rounded Quijana AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. Acácio Oliveira's late challenge caught a Quijana AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Acácio Oliveira helped the player get up and apologised. Acácio Oliveira kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute of the match Donato Maidana shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sergio Caton showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Marcelo Evangelista in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Romeo Bartoleme, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. El Millo's Aigisthos Farmakis got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
