German Bermudo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Feliciano Quintyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sixto Jobo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Libertad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ATLETICO TOSODELMA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. When Ambrosio Tonio came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the La Candelaria FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ambrosio Tonio couldn't finish the play. After 89 played minutes, ATLETICO TOSODELMA's Faustino Maria shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sixto Jobo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ATLETICO TOSODELMA reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Quintyn in the 92nd minute of play forced La Candelaria FC's goalkeeper Sixto Jobo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Candelaria FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because ATLETICO TOSODELMA had won, even though La Candelaria FC had held more of the ball.
