Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Adrian Selmo made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 5 minutes, Venancio Bihar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arni FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Venancio Bihar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonardo Eskuin made in the 7th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by St. Patrick's Gavino Victoro. Tomas Osasun was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 14 minutes into the match. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for St. Patrick! The referee gave Arni FC a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Leonardo Eskuin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of St. Patrick's Aaron Mede. 0-1. In the 22nd minute, Snæþór Þorbergsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aaron Mede was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Aaron Mede showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Snæþór Þorbergsson in the 26th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, St. Patrick's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Bihar came free, but Aaron Mede reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Arni FC's Adrian Selmo in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye St. Patrick's goalie prevented a goal. When Snæþór Þorbergsson came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Arni FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Snæþór Þorbergsson couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute of the match Arni FC got a corner. St. Patrick's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leonardo Eskuin ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 39th minute Adrian Selmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Mede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Mede showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Snæþór Þorbergsson in the 41st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Snæþór Þorbergsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arni FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Snæþór Þorbergsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aaron Mede breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aaron Mede took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venancio Bihar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Bihar in the 47th minute of play forced St. Patrick's goalkeeper Aaron Mede to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Venancio Bihar in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aaron Mede saved St. Patrick from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

A collision led to St. Patrick getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Wilfredo Fonso hit a great ball. Aaron Mede came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Arni FC's Adrian Selmo. But to his dismay, Adrian Selmo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. St. Patrick's Aaron Mede proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save St. Patrick from getting a goal against them. In the 58th minute, Eleuterio Teodor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrian Selmo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aaron Mede came out and tried to block the shot, but Adrian Selmo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 60th minute. After 66 played minutes St. Patrick got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Berdoi. After 67 minutes of play, Arni FC's Adrian Selmo made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aaron Mede was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aaron Mede made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Snæþór Þorbergsson in the 71st minute of play. After 73 played minutes Venancio Bihar rounded St. Patrick's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-7. After 76 played minutes Venancio Bihar rounded St. Patrick's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-8. Aaron Mede came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Arni FC's Snæþór Þorbergsson. But to his dismay, Snæþór Þorbergsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Snæþór Þorbergsson hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Aaron Mede made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Snæþór Þorbergsson sent off a good shot on target. 87 minutes in the game Cristian Berart did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Fernan Guillelmo. Eleuterio Teodor's late challenge caught a Arni FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eleuterio Teodor helped the player get up and apologised. After 88 played minutes St. Patrick got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Teodor. Arni FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
