Adrian Selmo started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes in the game Leonardo Eskuin did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Fernan Guillelmo. C. A. C. A.'s Filomeno Loco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save C. A. C. A. from getting a goal against them. Aaron Sanson lost his temper 11 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 10th minute of the game. One of C. A. C. A.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Arni FC:s goal. Fernando Birila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Dalmau having to interfere. Filomeno Loco made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Snæþór Þorbergsson sent off a good shot on target. Snæþór Þorbergsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Filomeno Loco made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Bihar in the 27th minute of play forced C. A. C. A.'s goalkeeper Filomeno Loco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Birila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nunez Gipuzkoa's late challenge caught a Arni FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nunez Gipuzkoa helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Arni FC booed when C. A. C. A. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Gipuzkoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernando Birila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Humberto Dalmau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Snæþór Þorbergsson charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Snæþór Þorbergsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th minute, Snæþór Þorbergsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernando Birila stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the C. A. C. A. defense, Snæþór Þorbergsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filomeno Loco. The C. A. C. A. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filomeno Loco should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the match, C. A. C. A.'s goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Selmo came free, but Filomeno Loco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernando Birila hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. C. A. C. A.'s Lisandro Vargas was substituted for Cayetano Guillelmo. In the 69th minute, Fernando Birila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 70 minutes, Isaac Damario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. C. A. and the Arni FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 72 minutes into the game, Arni FC's Adrian Selmo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filomeno Loco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Filomeno Loco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernan Guillelmo in the 79th minute of play. Fernando Birila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Dalmau having to interfere. Fernando Birila came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Humberto Dalmau could save by the left post. Fernando Birila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Humberto Dalmau made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Venancio Bihar during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Arni FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Venancio Bihar hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Adrian Selmo notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of C. A. C. A.'s Filomeno Loco. Filomeno Loco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 93 minutes into the match, C. A. C. A.'s goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Bihar came free, but Filomeno Loco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in C. A. C. A.'s zone, Venancio Bihar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filomeno Loco came out of the goal and Venancio Bihar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Arni FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
