Humberto Dalmau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bozhil Krushovski, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After 38 played minutes Arni FC got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Bihar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bozhil Krushovski in the 39th minute of play forced Arni FC's goalkeeper Humberto Dalmau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Snæþór Þorbergsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sofoklis Kostatos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Snæþór Þorbergsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Claudinei Sergipano charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claudinei Sergipano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Calva's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Arni FC's Venancio Bihar got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Venancio Bihar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sofoklis Kostatos having to interfere. Calva's Sabastian Norman got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Humberto Dalmau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adolfo Ignado in the 58th minute. When Fernan Guillelmo fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arni FC's protests and gave Fernan Guillelmo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Arni FC's Fernan Guillelmo got a free kick in the 60th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Calva's Bozhil Krushovski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Humberto Dalmau. That made the score 1-5 after 72 minutes of play. After 79 played minutes Calva got a freekick which was hit by Zhao Guang Yi. In the 80th minute of the match Leonardo Eskuin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sofoklis Kostatos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Adolfo Ignado took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Dalmau. Humberto Dalmau dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. Humberto Dalmau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bozhil Krushovski in the 87th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adolfo Ignado got free with Humberto Dalmau in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 90 minutes into the match, Adolfo Ignado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Humberto Dalmau. Arni FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adolfo Ignado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. Sofoklis Kostatos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Selmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Arni FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Calva were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
