Eulalio Piearres came out of the goal and Ignacio Eudoxio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 0-1 became the score in the 9th minute when Leandro Oxarra elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 12th match minute, Reyes Osos Polares HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Miro to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Reyes Osos Polares HC booed when La Culebrita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Claude didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cesar Gar fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Culebrita's protests and gave Cesar Gar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th minute, Cesar Gar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anselmo Txurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Toribio in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th minute of the game Simon Mateus made a throw-in which Eloy Bide played forward. Leopoldo Rufio charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leopoldo Rufio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. La Culebrita's Simon Mateus couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 29th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Reyes Osos Polares HC. Mateo Urre scored 0-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anselmo Txurio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anselmo Txurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Urre in the 44th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mateo Urre stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, La Culebrita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Claude to maneuver through the defense. The audience held their breath when Mateo Urre in the 55th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Anselmo Txurio's left hand side. In the 66th minute of the game Oscar Rodas made a throw-in which Fernando Toli played forward. In the 67th minute Leopoldo Rufio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Txurio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th match minute, La Culebrita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Venceslas to maneuver through the defense. If Leandro Oxarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Txurio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Rufio in the 79th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Mateo Urre kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anselmo Txurio. That made the score 0-4 in the 81 minute of play. With a little luck, La Culebrita's Anselmo Txurio got control of the ball when Leopoldo Rufio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Donato Claude lost his temper 93 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, La Culebrita's Donato Claude got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The Reyes Osos Polares HC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
