Caballo Negro's Bonifacio Matxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Garaile in the 7th minute of play. After 7 played minutes Caballo Negro got a freekick which was hit by Iker Herensuge. Julio Garaile kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Bonifacio Matxin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Quintin, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Bonifacio Matxin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Theodore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Deportivo Chivilcoy's supporters rose to their feet, but Niceto Theodore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bonifacio Matxin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bonifacio Matxin came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Chivilcoy's Aurelio Quintin. But to his dismay, Aurelio Quintin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Paulino Sindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Hansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th of the match, Dan Hansson tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Paulino Sindo got in the way and made a wonderful save. Bonifacio Matxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Theodore in the 42nd minute of play. Aurelio Quintin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Dan Hansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caballo Negro's supporters rose to their feet, but Dan Hansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulino Sindo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aurelio Quintin to make the kick off. Mateo Hegoi charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mateo Hegoi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Deportivo Chivilcoy getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Mateo Hegoi hit a great ball. With 55 minutes on the clock, Eleuterio Corderro commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Deportivo Chivilcoy:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Caballo Negro:s goal. After a defensive mix-up in Caballo Negro's zone, Damaso Manny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bonifacio Matxin came out of the goal and Damaso Manny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th match minute Casimiro Pirro ran free in the middle of the field and shot a long shot which scored behind a totally surprised Bonifacio Matxin. 1-3. Paulino Sindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Hansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 78 minutes into the match, Deportivo Chivilcoy's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Hansson came free, but Paulino Sindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Garaile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Matxin having to interfere. Cosme Guter hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Aurelio Quintin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bonifacio Matxin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Deportivo Chivilcoy left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Caballo Negro.
