An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Cloyo in the 26th minute of play forced Estudiantes Rio4's goalkeeper Guillermo Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Aristides Santana dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fernando Llorian, 1-2. Fernando Llorian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Bordat, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Israel Cloyo in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guillermo Polo saved Estudiantes Rio4 from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arturo Bordat made a kick off. La Primera Barra 1968's Fernando Llorian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Bordat in the 55th minute of play. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Israel Cloyo sped through Estudiantes Rio4's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Guillermo Polo. The crowd rose to their feet as Israel Cloyo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Guillermo Polo. That made the score 1-4 in the 61 minute of play. A hard shot 67 in the game by Israel Cloyo from a close distance when the talented Guillermo Polo managed to make a qualified save. Estudiantes Rio4's players were relieved. In the 71st minute, Radomir Kondysar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aristides Santana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Estudiantes Rio4's Arturo Bordat in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Primera Barra 1968's goalie prevented a goal. Ramon Wanchope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Polo having to interfere. Israel Cloyos short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Guillermo Polo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Israel Cloyo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Guillermo Polo made a huge save. After 83 played minutes Estudiantes Rio4 got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Bordat. In the 87th minute Gabriel Fernendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Llorian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Lucas Vittorio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. La Primera Barra 1968's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
