Club Atlético Elortondo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Feliberto Soter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 27 minutes into the game, Eigtheenstars 2's Silvano Bazil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erasmo Ebardo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After 33 played minutes Eigtheenstars 2 got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Gervaso. Inocencio Estebe kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Club Atlético Elortondo's Erasmo Ebardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Bazil in the 39th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Dragan Džajić kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ignacio Valery. That made the score 1-4 in the 44 minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dragan Džajić couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute, Yu Yi Si ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erasmo Ebardo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-9. Erasmo Ebardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Placido Etxahun in the 93rd minute.
