After 18 minutes, Silvano Bazil made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Racing1407's Domingos Rito tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Eigtheenstars 2's Ignacio Valery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Basualdo in the 31st minute of play. After the first half Eigtheenstars 2 were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The referee ignored Eigtheenstars 2's protests and gave Gaspar Gervaso a yellow card for diving instead. Gaspar Gervaso hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Trampuš in the 82nd minute of play forced Racing1407's goalkeeper Domingos Rito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niguel Abasolo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Domingos Rito came out and tried to block the shot, but Niguel Abasolo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 83rd minute. 86 minutes into the match, Placido Etxahun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Domingos Rito. Racing1407's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Placido Etxahun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Perivaldo Reis hit a great ball. Eigtheenstars 2's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
