The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Gallardo y Biscay FC booed when Club Atlético La Banda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benvide Ponte got free with Tomas Eguerdi in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes into the match, Gallardo y Biscay FC's Benvide Ponte sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomas Eguerdi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gallardo y Biscay FC were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Club Atlético La Banda's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Melquiades Hondo took the corner. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but 曾宽云 advanced and headed the ball into goal, 2-0 in the 18th minute. Tomas Eguerdi came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Gallardo y Biscay FC's Benvide Ponte. But to his dismay, Benvide Ponte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Gallardo y Biscay FC's Benvide Ponte slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomas Eguerdi. That made the score 4-0 after 32 minutes of play. Amado Sindo might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomas Eguerdi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amado Sindo ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomas Eguerdi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amado Sindo in the 39th minute of the match. A hard shot 43 in the game by Benvide Ponte from a close distance when the talented Tomas Eguerdi managed to make a qualified save. Club Atlético La Banda's players were relieved. After 43 played minutes Club Atlético La Banda got a freekick which was hit by Ulises Guillelmo. In the 45th minute, Ivan Uhin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Eguerdi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benvide Ponte's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amado Sindo made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Club Atlético La Banda got a freekick which was hit by Ulises Guillelmo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benvide Ponte in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomas Eguerdi saved Club Atlético La Banda from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benvide Ponte in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Eguerdi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 54 minutes, Benvide Ponte made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Club Atlético La Banda's Tomas Eguerdi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tomas Eguerdi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benvide Ponte in the 59th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the game, Gallardo y Biscay FC's Benvide Ponte nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomas Eguerdi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 66th minute Benvide Ponte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Eguerdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Club Atlético La Banda defense, Benvide Ponte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomas Eguerdi. The Club Atlético La Banda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomas Eguerdi should have stopped the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Tiran Piedra successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Gallardo y Biscay FC's Benvide Ponte in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 83rd match minute, Gallardo y Biscay FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Haitz to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Federico Colas put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tomas Eguerdi. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético La Banda's Tadeo Merexildo got a free kick in the 88th minute. Tomas Eguerdi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Colas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Gallardo y Biscay FC fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Gallardo y Biscay FC's Amado Sindo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gallardo y Biscay FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Club Atlético La Banda for a fine match.
