The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nestor Ekialde during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 9 played minutes Cóceres FC got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Ekialde. When Mauro Rosario came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the CARP2020 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauro Rosario couldn't finish the play. If Ermegildo Frederik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. CARP2020's Ermegildo Frederik was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 13th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Hector Lizbeth was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ermegildo Frederik showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 16 minute of play. In the 19th minute, Mauro Rosario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hector Lizbeth was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The supporters of CARP2020 booed when Cóceres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixto Olando didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Mauro Rosario came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the CARP2020 fans jumped to their feet. A collision led to CARP2020 getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Dario Tolino hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Rosario got free with Hector Lizbeth in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute, Ermegildo Frederik made a precise shot to the right of Hector Lizbeth. Cóceres FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After 40 minutes of play, Cóceres FC's Robustiano Peyo made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casimiro Estefan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Casimiro Estefan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Felipo, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. When Augusto Ibar fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CARP2020's protests and gave Augusto Ibar a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 47 minutes, Pascual Amato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cóceres FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pascual Amato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mauro Rosario was the one to do the kick off. When Lisandro Bastiaro came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the CARP2020 fans jumped to their feet. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casimiro Estefan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Everardo Maidana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurelio Macario in the 95thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Casimiro Estefan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CARP2020 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cóceres FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
