Spectators: 7527 (Terracing: 5646, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dorival Nogueira started the match with the kick off. After 6 played minutes Aston Birra Tandil got a freekick which was hit by Isaias Gaztea. ArTifon juniors's Modesto Cordara got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Modesto Cordara in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frodo Quesada saved Aston Birra Tandil from getting behind. In the 16th minute Alejandro Haimar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frodo Quesada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Aston Birra Tandil getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Guido Felipo hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute, Damian Rosio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ArTifon juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Frodo Quesada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Rosio, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute of the match ArTifon juniors got a corner. Aston Birra Tandil's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Octavio Nalo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on ArTifon juniors's corner Benjamin Arnas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Frodo Quesada quite easily take care of the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of Aston Birra Tandil:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ArTifon juniors:s goal. Frodo Quesada had in the 29thth minute some difficulties stopping Octavio Nalo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. With his leg Frodo Quesada managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when ArTifon juniors's Modesto Cordara fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 31st minute, Dorival Nogueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 33 in the game by Modesto Cordara from a close distance when the talented Frodo Quesada managed to make a qualified save. Aston Birra Tandil's players were relieved. Octavio Nalo made a great header on ArTifon juniors's corner, it was just that Aston Birra Tandil's Frodo Quesada managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Aston Birra Tandil's Guido Felipo got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 42nd minute, Modesto Cordara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frodo Quesada was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 45 played minutes Aston Birra Tandil got a freekick which was hit by Isaias Gaztea. Frodo Quesada was a little too slow when Modesto Cordara got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in ArTifon juniors's zone, Guido Felipo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberto Abastas came out of the goal and Guido Felipo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frodo Quesada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Haimar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ArTifon juniors's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Octavio Nalo in the 59th minute. If Virgilio Francho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Abastas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorival Nogueira in the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute Aston Birra Tandil were awarded a corner. Vicente Mingo went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 70th minute Alejandro Haimar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frodo Quesada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesar Hatfield kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Aston Birra Tandil's Isaias Gaztea got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 79th minute Damian Rosio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frodo Quesada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amancio Juvenal kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Aston Birra Tandil's Amancio Juvenal got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Aston Birra Tandil's Frodo Quesada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Haimar in the 83rd minute of play. Alejandro Haimar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frodo Quesada having to interfere. When the match clock showed 97 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Dorival Nogueira sped through ArTifon juniors's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alberto Abastas. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ArTifon juniors had won after a very even match.
