Pedro Elodio came out of the goal and Arquímedes Calixto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rincon de Milberg FC's Pedro Elodio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Rincon de Milberg FC from getting a goal against them. Osvaldo Potente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Elodio having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Osvaldo Potente made a kick off. A collision led to Rincon de Milberg FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play.
