The referee gave Aston Birra Tandil a penalty, 5 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Vicente Mingo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Rincon de Milberg FC's Pedro Elodio. 0-1. Rincon de Milberg FC's Raimundo Etxepare got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Guido Felipo put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Pedro Elodio. 13 minutes into the game, Aston Birra Tandil's Dorival Nogueira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Elodio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Rincon de Milberg FC's Pedro Elodio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Felipo in the 21st minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Aston Birra Tandil's Guido Felipo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Elodio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aston Birra Tandil's Frodo Quesada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Aston Birra Tandil from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Guido Felipo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aston Birra Tandil's supporters rose to their feet, but Guido Felipo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Elodio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 30 minutes, Guido Felipo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aston Birra Tandil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guido Felipo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guido Felipo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute, Dorival Nogueira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aston Birra Tandil fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Pedro Elodio came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Aston Birra Tandil's Guido Felipo. But to his dismay, Guido Felipo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. The supporters of Rincon de Milberg FC booed when Aston Birra Tandil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruperto Rosio didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Aston Birra Tandil's Frodo Quesada got control of the ball when Raimundo Etxepare tried to sneak it across the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, Aston Birra Tandil's Guido Felipo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Elodio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Godofredo Ortzi charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godofredo Ortzi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Godofredo Ortzi kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After the first half Aston Birra Tandil were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alonzo Berriotxoa to make the kick off. Pedro Elodio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dorival Nogueira's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Guido Felipo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Elodio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guido Felipo went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Felipo got free with Pedro Elodio in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Rincon de Milberg FC's Zacarias Domingues got a free kick in the 71st minute. When Guido Felipo came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Aston Birra Tandil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guido Felipo couldn't finish the play. Dorival Nogueira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Pedro Elodio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Aston Birra Tandil's Jonatan Emeterio was substituted for Virgilio Francho. Alonzo Berriotxoa took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frodo Quesada. Frodo Quesada dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Berriotxoa in the 82nd minute of play forced Aston Birra Tandil's goalkeeper Frodo Quesada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 83 minutes, Guido Felipo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aston Birra Tandil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guido Felipo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Rincon de Milberg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Felipo came free, but Pedro Elodio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guido Felipo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dorival Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match was over Aston Birra Tandil could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Rincon de Milberg FC throughout the match.
