After 10 minutes ArTifon juniors's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arnaldo Cresconio who took care of the corner kick. In the 12th minute, Alejandro Haimar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Octavio Nalo was slow to take the kick. During this time ArTifon juniors's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on ArTifon juniors's corner Octavio Nalo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Faustino Horado quite easily take care of the ball. Arnaldo Cresconio kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Faustino Horado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Haimar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Octavio Nalo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Faustino Horado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 28 minutes, Alfredo Rencio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ and the ArTifon juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 28 played minutes ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Rencio. Narciso Xabats short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Alberto Abastas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Faustino Horado came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by ArTifon juniors's Alejandro Haimar. But to his dismay, Alejandro Haimar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Cesar Hatfield kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Wilian de Moraes hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. A hard shot 40 in the game by Narciso Xabat from a close distance when the talented Alberto Abastas managed to make a qualified save. ArTifon juniors's players were relieved. 42 minutes into the match Narciso Xabat climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-2 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Alberto Abastas. Narciso Xabat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Alberto Abastas made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Cordara in the 47th minute of play forced ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's goalkeeper Faustino Horado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The audience was convinced that Narciso Xabat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alberto Abastas was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 58th minute, Damian Rosio made a precise shot to the right of Faustino Horado. ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 60 minutes into the match, Damian Rosio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Faustino Horado. ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damian Rosio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Faustino Horado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Haimar, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After having played for 73 minutes, Modesto Cordara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ArTifon juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Modesto Cordara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Rene Henric got a free kick in the 75th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Modesto Cordara notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Faustino Horado. Faustino Horado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Faustino Horado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Rosio in the 81st minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's goalkeeper Faustino Horado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Modesto Cordara. If Modesto Cordara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ArTifon juniors's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
