It was a brilliant solo performance by T.C.P.'s Gabriel Fidencio when he shot the ball into the net to 3-2 in the 42nd minute. Arnoldo Tirso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Gavino Peruxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernando Gabon made a kick off. After some careless play in the Eusebia FC defense, Fabricio Restu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diego Enekoitz. The Eusebia FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diego Enekoitz should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eusebia FC's goalkeeper Diego Enekoitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Fernando Gabon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gavino Peruxu was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Diego Enekoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Fidencio in the 79th minute of play. After 80 played minutes Eusebia FC got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Marquez. Gavino Peruxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Gabon in the 82nd minute of the match. Fernando Gabon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Saturnino Claris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 88 minutes, Fernando Gabon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eusebia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernando Gabon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Eusebia FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for T.C.P..
