The ATE AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mihail Nazaria should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alonzo Mede to make the kick off. Baltasar Mercurio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Flavio Txomin hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. When ATE AFC's Andrzej Mlekodaj, in the 81st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for ATE AFC. Baltasar Mercurio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Laurgain, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute.
