After a rather tough play, Temperley F.C's Sebastian Gabon got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After 4 minutes of play, Riquelmista's Marciano Chinto made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richard Vaz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Temperley F.C's zone, Carlos Abellan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Vaz came out of the goal and Carlos Abellan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marciano Chinto in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richard Vaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Riquelmista fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Riquelmista's Marciano Chinto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marciano Chinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Vaz having to interfere. Sebastian Gabon hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marciano Chinto in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Richard Vaz saved Temperley F.C from getting behind. Riquelmista's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Baldomiro Cordaro in the 28th minute. Carlos Abellan hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Marciano Chinto scored 0-4 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Richard Vaz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Riquelmista's Casimiro Hanni got control of the ball when Sansone Ortubia tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 37th match minute, Temperley F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Epifanio Eliu to maneuver through the defense. Richard Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Chinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the game, Eulalio Guerrero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sansone Ortubia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Richard Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Chinto in the 52nd minute of play. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Temperley F.C reached it. Temperley F.C's Richard Vaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Temperley F.C from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sansone Ortubia during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Riquelmista's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
