Pascual Orlo started the match with the kick off. After 2 minutes, Jeronimo Emeterio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ismiango and the The Godfathers F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Ismiango was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Emeterio to maneuver through the defense. Iker Chaime sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eustacio Kinsen made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Baldomiro Estefan sent off a good shot on target. Eustacio Kinsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Lidon, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. If Baldomiro Estefan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Epifanio Lidon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eustacio Kinsen. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 22nd minute Edelmiro Lleir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benji Price saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fulgencio Panpili's late challenge caught a The Godfathers F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulgencio Panpili helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th minute, Fulgencio Panpili hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute Leonardo Lop managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Ismiango's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Epifanio Lidon 28 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Iker Chaime recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Iker Chaime had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Baldomiro Estefan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Godfathers F.C.'s Benji Price played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Lleir in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Damian Quilino fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Godfathers F.C.'s protests and gave Damian Quilino a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd match minute, The Godfathers F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Quilino to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Epifanio Lidon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th minute Baldomiro Estefan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustacio Kinsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Epifanio Lidon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Kinsen having to interfere. Baldomiro Estefan scored 3-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eustacio Kinsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Iker Chaime struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Eustacio Kinsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Godfathers F.C.. In the 66th minute, The Godfathers F.C.'s Damian Quilino seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Damian Quilino the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of The Godfathers F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Damian Quilino had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 65th minute, one of The Godfathers F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for The Godfathers F.C.. Iker Chaime received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Eustacio Kinsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 80 minutes of play, The Godfathers F.C.'s Epifanio Lidon made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eustacio Kinsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Epifanio Lidon scored 6-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eustacio Kinsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonardo Lop struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Eustacio Kinsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Godfathers F.C.. In the 97th minute, Jeronimo Emeterio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Godfathers F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
