Jonatan Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fang Sha Lang in the 7th minute of play. Estudiantil's Jonatan Selatse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Gau in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Meteoro booed when Estudiantil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddy Cedro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Noel Romero in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonatan Selatse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonatan Selatse didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Meteoro's Noel Romero shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. After having played for 27 minutes, Godfredo Mannie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Meteoro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Godfredo Mannie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celedonio Tavio hit a great ball. Godfredo Mannie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matias Luzaide hit a great ball. After 64 played minutes Estudiantil got a freekick which was hit by Celedonio Tavio. With a little luck, Estudiantil's Jonatan Selatse got control of the ball when Noel Romero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonatan Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Gau, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After 75 played minutes Estudiantil got a freekick which was hit by Cayetano Cucao. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Noel Romero put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Jonatan Selatse. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Noel Romero couldn't finish the play. Noel Romero did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-6 to the left of a surprised Jonatan Selatse 84 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Meteoro's Jonatan Selatse threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Godfredo Mannie, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jonatan Selatse made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Noel Romero sent off a good shot on target. The Estudiantil fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Meteoro were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
