The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the game, Freddy Monico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Meteoro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo HD the free kick. In the 2nd minute, Freddy Monico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaston Donio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Mannie in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Norberto Gau reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gaston Donio. The goal made the score 1-0. With a little luck, Deportivo HD's Gaston Donio got control of the ball when Noel Romero tried to sneak it across the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Noel Romero dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gaston Donio, 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Meteoro's Godfredo Mannie slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gaston Donio. That made the score 3-0 after 16 minutes of play. In the 22nd match minute, Deportivo HD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Elija to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo HD's zone, Oskar Enegren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaston Donio came out of the goal and Oskar Enegren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaston Donio didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 26th minute, which inside left pole to 5-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delmiro Sein during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Delmiro Sein kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Godfredo Mannie made a precise shot to the right of Gaston Donio. Deportivo HD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Fang Sha Lang scored 7-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaston Donio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 40 minutes of play, Meteoro's Fang Sha Lang made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaston Donio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Noel Romero came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gaston Donio could save by the left post. Deportivo HD's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Norberto Gau scored to the left of an out of position Gaston Donio, making the score, 9-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 9-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernan Macario was the one to do the kick off. Noel Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Donio having to interfere. Gaston Donio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Monico in the 55th minute of the match. Christian Bordat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Benito Valery made a huge save. Delmiro Sein got his second yellow card in the match during the 57th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 57 played minutes Deportivo HD got a freekick which was hit by Delmiro Sein. Gaston Donio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute, Norberto Gau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Meteoro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Albino Rubio hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Deportivo HD defense, Godfredo Mannie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaston Donio. The Deportivo HD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaston Donio should have stopped the shot. Gaston Donio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Mannie in the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Noel Romero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gaston Donio was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. After 94 played minutes, Meteoro's Oskar Enegren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gaston Donio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Meteoro reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernan Macario during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 95 played minutes Deportivo HD got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Macario. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noel Romero in the 96th minute of play forced Deportivo HD's goalkeeper Gaston Donio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaston Donio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Gau in the 98th minute of the match. Meteoro's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
