Cristo Belasko hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Tomás Ospetsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Mendebal having to interfere. 10 minutes into the game, Gabriel-Omar Batistuta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Valentin Derwin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristo Belasko in the 14th minute of play forced Cosquín's goalkeeper Santo Mendebal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nottingham Miedo's Valentin Derwin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel-Omar Batistuta in the 20th minute of play. Domenico Papetti kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Geronimo Senen sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Santo Mendebal threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Geronimo Senen this time. After a rather tough play, Cosquín's Tauri Maripuu got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute, Tomás Ospetsu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valentin Derwin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel-Omar Batistuta in the 35th minute of the match. Cosquín's Santo Mendebal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Belasko in the 37th minute of play. Nottingham Miedo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Geronimo Senen in the 43rd minute. After taking down the ball on Nottingham Miedo's corner Geronimo Senen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Santo Mendebal quite easily take care of the ball. In the 47th match minute, Cosquín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lech Spychalski to maneuver through the defense. The Nottingham Miedo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cosquín were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristo Belasko made a kick off. Cristo Belasko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Mendebal having to interfere. Zacarias Cordario charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zacarias Cordario the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cosquín getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Zacarias Cordario hit a great ball. After having played for 56 minutes, Romulo Frutos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nottingham Miedo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romulo Frutos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cosquín's goalkeeper Santo Mendebal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tomás Ospetsu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santo Mendebal having to make a save. Astor Illart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Cosquín booed when Nottingham Miedo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Bernal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 68 played minutes Cosquín got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Honrio. Santo Mendebal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Ospetsu's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute Tomás Ospetsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Mendebal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Ruben Bernal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 79 played minutes Cosquín got a freekick which was hit by Armando Paredes. Gabriel-Omar Batistuta struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Valentin Derwin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cosquín. After a rather tough play, Nottingham Miedo's Fulgencio Sadurni got a free kick in the 87th minute. Chants of Cosquín echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Nottingham Miedo had held the ball for most of the match.
