Fermin Lizer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Toli in the 16th minute of play. Edmund Broberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Balamir Yazgan having to interfere. Rogelio Pancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christian Abeijon during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Coihueco FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
