Robert Söderlund hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Godofredo Oto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brennan Johnson, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. With a little luck, DESTROY's Laurids Baylund got control of the ball when Salvador Odon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicolaas Tagliafico hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Laurids Baylund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Odon, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Robert Söderlund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Godofredo Oto. Zelaya FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Söderlund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 22nd minute of the match, Salvador Odon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Laurids Baylund saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gavino Bihar made a great header on Zelaya FC's corner, it was just that DESTROY's Laurids Baylund managed to reach the ball for a save. Godofredo Oto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Söderlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Godofredo Oto came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by DESTROY's Brennan Johnson. But to his dismay, Brennan Johnson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 37 minutes into the game, Santos Borre cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Godofredo Oto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zelaya FC's Godofredo Oto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brennan Johnson in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Robert Söderlund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DESTROY fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Armando Maradona to strike the kick off in the second half. Armando Maradona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 61 played minutes DESTROY got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Monte. In the 62nd minute, Orlando Monte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. DESTROY's Egemen Özbek quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Benigno Venerando, made in the 67th minute of the game. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zelaya FC's goalkeeper Godofredo Oto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Godofredo Oto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Borre in the 70th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santos Borre in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Godofredo Oto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Godofredo Oto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnoldo Shepherd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santos Borre got free with Godofredo Oto in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Robert Söderlund came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the DESTROY fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Söderlund couldn't finish the play. In the 86th match minute, DESTROY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egemen Özbek to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute of the match Salvador Odon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laurids Baylund skillfully saved the ball. The DESTROY players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
