Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bernabe Guib, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Pelotillehue were furious when Baldomero Bastian was red carded, 22 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Bernabe Guib made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Lertxun in the 79th minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Serafino Leobardo notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Pelotillehue's Bernabe Guib. Bernabe Guib was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Magdeburg's Octavio Gutierrez was substituted for Serafino Leobardo. After a rather tough play, Pelotillehue's Camilo Ortle got a free kick in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Gutierrez in the 91st minute of play forced Pelotillehue's goalkeeper Bernabe Guib to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobias Urtsin's late challenge caught a FC Magdeburg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. FC Magdeburg's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
