Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Karl-Erik Berg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gabriel Lore hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Ambil AFC's Remigio Estebano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Lope in the 23rd minute of play. Filiberto Lope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Estebano having to interfere. Ambil AFC's Remigio Estebano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Lope in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sauce FC's Lino Odilon got a free kick in the 31st minute. Alphonse Tchami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Ambil AFC's Narciso Eztebe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karl-Erik Berg. That made the score 1-0 after 36 minutes of play. Filiberto Lope's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Remigio Estebano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of Sauce FC booed when Ambil AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Caitano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remigio Estebano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alphonse Tchami in the 44th minute of the match. In the 48th minute Alphonse Tchami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Estebano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filiberto Lope stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Ivan Urti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alphonse Tchami recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 60 played minutes Sauce FC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Pabla. Sauce FC's Filiberto Lope came free and shot a quick shot against goal 62 minutes in the game, fortunately Remigio Estebano had problems saving as it came toward the left post. In the 69th minute of the match, Alphonse Tchami tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Remigio Estebano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ambil AFC's Remigio Estebano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alphonse Tchami in the 71st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Narciso Eztebe in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Erik Berg saved Sauce FC from getting behind. Sauce FC's Teobaldo Munio was substituted for German Eusko. Knut Samuelsson hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alphonse Tchami in the 85th minute of play forced Ambil AFC's goalkeeper Remigio Estebano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Erik Berg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Eztebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the game, Gabriel Lore cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Karl-Erik Berg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alphonse Tchami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute.
