Cristian Tiso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Vergaray in the 12th minute. 15 minutes into the game, La 6's Godfredo Quin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gabriel Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 18th minute, Filomeno Rius made a precise shot to the right of Gabriel Navarro. Umita FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After having played for 21 minutes, Amado Beturian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La 6's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amado Beturian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Umita FC's Gabriel Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Rolado in the 24th minute of play. Filomeno Rius got his second yellow card in the match during the 26th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 27th match minute, La 6 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Rius to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Vergaray, 28 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cristian Tiso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Casomiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Amado Beturian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gabriel Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. A collision led to La 6 getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Arnoldo Damario hit a great ball. If Paulo Vergaray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reynaldo Casomiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Rolado hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, Romulo Tono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amado Beturian in the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Amado Beturian made the kick off in the second half. Claudio Rosario hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in La 6's zone, Reynaldo Casomiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Tiso came out of the goal and Reynaldo Casomiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55th minute, Leo Lon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Umita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Rolado came free, but Gabriel Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Umita FC's zone, Jonathan Rolado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Navarro came out of the goal and Jonathan Rolado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 0-4 came in the 65th minute when Claudio Rosario all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Gabriel Navarro. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Paulo Vergaray managed to get in a good position for a shot. Umita FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Vergaray was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amado Beturian succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-6 in the 82nd playminute. In the 85th match minute, Umita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saturnino Tuste to maneuver through the defense. Amado Beturian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Gabriel Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute Paulo Vergaray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Tiso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La 6's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
