A beautiful save bye Somos Nosotros's goalie prevented a goal. After 14 played minutes Somos Nosotros got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Gauargi. Mariano Mede made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramon Robres in the 14th minute. Mariano Mede took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Izotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias Izotz took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariano Mede. Mariano Mede dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Mariano Mede showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Harkaitz in the 29th minute of the match. Răzvan Ghioane took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariano Mede. Mariano Mede dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Rolando Mitxel hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Celedonio Harkaitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Somos Nosotros's Mariano Mede proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Somos Nosotros from getting a goal against them. Jeremias Izotz might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mariano Mede. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeremias Izotz ran back to his position shaking his head. 44 minutes into the match, Somos Nosotros's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Izotz came free, but Mariano Mede reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulino Palben during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Somos Nosotros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Palben to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute, Lomas de Zamora FC's Jeremias Izotz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Segundo Jago made the kick off in the second half. Mariano Mede showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Izotz, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After a rather tough play, Somos Nosotros's Guillermo Regis got a free kick in the 57th minute. Mariano Mede didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celedonio Harkaitz went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 63rdth minute of the game Jeremias Izotz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Somos Nosotros's Mariano Mede was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeremias Izotz in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariano Mede prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mariano Mede made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Izotz in the 64th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Guillermo Regis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 68 minutes of play Somos Nosotros's Guillermo Regis was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Guillermo Regis kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Ramon Robres took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mariano Mede. Somos Nosotros's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Izotz in the 72nd minute of play forced Somos Nosotros's goalkeeper Mariano Mede to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Mede showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafino Goizeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute, Jeremias Izotz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mariano Mede was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 79th minute Jeremias Izotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Mede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Mede took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Izotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamin Demesio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Somos Nosotros's Narciso Napier threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paulino Palben, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 92nd minute Jeremias Izotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Mede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lomas de Zamora FC fully deserved thier win.
