Veliko Tarnovo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trancados FC the free kick. Camilo Iruinea hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 9th match minute, Veliko Tarnovo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Diegotxe to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Isaac Urtats ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saverio Guillen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 20th minute, Miroslaw Terasek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jerzy Chrzan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Camilo Iruinea in the 21st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Veliko Tarnovo's Basilio Estebano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jerzy Chrzan. That made the score 1-1 after 24 minutes of play. Eliseo Itzaina charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eliseo Itzaina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Matias Lopes scored 2-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jerzy Chrzan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 35 minutes into the game, Enrique Pitin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trancados FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Veliko Tarnovo the free kick. Enrique Pitin kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. When Matias Lopes came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Veliko Tarnovo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matias Lopes couldn't finish the play. Jerzy Chrzan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Estebano in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Trancados FC's goalkeeper Jerzy Chrzan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Camilo Iruinea. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Basilio Estebano was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Matias Lopes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jerzy Chrzan was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After 56 minutes, Isaac Urtats mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trancados FC and the Veliko Tarnovo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Trancados FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Isaac Urtats hit a great ball. Saverio Guillen made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Vinicio Presebal sent off a good shot on target. Enrique Pitin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Saverio Guillen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 minutes, Maximo Neto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Veliko Tarnovo and the Trancados FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Veliko Tarnovo getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Maximo Neto hit a great ball. Vinicio Presebal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the match, Luisito Polentzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerzy Chrzan. Trancados FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luisito Polentzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. The supporters of Veliko Tarnovo booed when Trancados FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jozef Blemholt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Veliko Tarnovo's Tobias Isias tried to score from far away in the 71st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Camilo Iruinea got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 74th match minute, Veliko Tarnovo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Iruinea to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, Trancados FC's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Lopes came free, but Jerzy Chrzan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Lopes in the 93rd minute of play forced Trancados FC's goalkeeper Jerzy Chrzan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Veliko Tarnovo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Trancados FC for a fine match.
